Minimum Wage Increase – 1st April 2020

From the 1^st April 2020 the National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage will increase per the below summary:

The hourly rates for the National Minimum Wage and the National Living Wage depend on your age and whether or not you are an apprentice. You must be at least: –  School leaving age to get the National Minimum Wage – Aged 25 and over to get the National Living Wage The National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage rate changes every April. Apprentices Apprentices are entitled to the apprentice rate if they are either aged under 19 or aged over 19 and in the first year of their apprenticeship. Apprentices are entitled to National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage if they are aged over 19 and have completed the first year of their apprenticeship.
