Meet The Team

Sophie Mills

Management Accountant - ACMA, CGMA, BA Hons

After gaining a 2.1 in Business Management from Staffordshire University, Sophie began her career at WTB Group Limited working initially in the purchase and sales ledger department before moving into the finance department as a trainee management accountant.

Sophie joined MI Accountancy Solutions in 2013 and since then has gained a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in order to provide detailed MI to assist clients make more informed business decisions.

As well as being a CIMA qualified Management Accountant, Sophie possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and is resourceful, proactive and detail orientated.

Sophie’s specialisms include monthly Management Accounts, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and she is competent on a variety of different software packages including Sage 50, Sage 200, QuickBooks and Xero.

Tom Holdcroft

Management Accountant

Tom joined MI Accountancy Solutions in 2014 as an apprentice after completing his A-Levels and has since achieved his Level 4 AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting.

Over the years at MIA, Tom has built a strong relationship with his clients who he liaises with on a daily basis. His duties include preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, VAT returns, cash flow management, purchase ledger processing and payment runs.

Tom is keen to further develop his skills in accountancy and continue to provide the excellent level of service that MIA prides itself on.

MI Accountancy Solutions offers a modern approach to meeting your management accounting needs and have a straight forward and transparent fee structure.

We will work with you to understand your business needs and from our ‘pick and mix’ menu design the solutions to meet them. A monthly flat fee is then agreed, with no hidden charges for phone calls or day-to-day correspondence.
